RETURN FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions on how and where returns should be shipped as well as the amount you will be refunded. We accept un-use merchandise with the original tags attached within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item is received in saleable condition, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price as your original order.
When shipping your return parcel, please go to https://colibries.shipping-portal.com/returns/ to find pickup/drop-off details for your address. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by Colibries.
RETURN FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED AT A RETAIL LOCATION
For purchases of a Colibries product at a retail store, you will be required to return to the original place of purchase for any issues related to returns or exchanges. In this case, returns are subject to the retailers returns policy, please reach out to them directly for assistance. You will be expected to provide some reasonable proof of purchase, such as the original receipt. Should the need arise, the retailer will then contact Colibries to address this issue.
DAMAGED / MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price.

Colibries does not accept any returns or exchanges and cannot make any refunds or price adjustments on Sale items.
