Keep Your Proof of Purchase
If you shopped on colibries.nl, this will be send to your email account. If you shopped at one of our retailers, you will need to refer to the retailer as the contract of sale is held with them. Please contact the place of purchase for further assistance.
How to make your warranty claim?
Email info@colibries.nl with your proof of purchase, and a photo of the affected area. We will get back to you within 3 days for solutions.
Whether your warranty claim is valid?
If the problem comes from use, and arises in the first six months after the purchase, it’s ours to have a good look at them to determine whether a warranty claim is valid. We could ask you to return your purchase for inspection.
If the problem arises after the first six months after the purchase, it is up to you to prove that the problem did not arise from improper use of the purchased item.
A need to know on material:
As a natural material, some products may show variations or little imperfections in appearance, adding a bit of character. It doesn’t affect the performance.
A need to know on colors:
Fading or wear can occur because we work with natural material. Products can get a more vintage look over time.
