When purchased, the washable paper is a bit stiff, but it will soften with time and get a more patina leather look. It is advisable to treat the material with a Colibries weather cream to protect the bag. This cream ensures that the material is protected as well as possible against moisture and dirt.

It's Okay to machine wash your Colibries washable paper products. It can be wash up to 40°C gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent, but don't use any fabric softeners. Don't forget to unroll or remove handles. We recommend to use Colibries conditioner to softens and increase water repellency to your washable paper bags.
